Snowball Fun

The wait for snow is finally over!  I'm sure you will agree that when 'we' were young we had snow every year!

At Letham Primary we like to let children experience the fun of snow and this includes snowballs!  We set up an area each year on the netball court called 'The Snowball Zone'.

Please remind your children of the following points to help ensure everyone has fun and can continue playing with snowballs!

• Aim for the body - no shoving snow in faces, on heads or down the neck
• Keep the snowballs light and not too big - squeezing them turns them hard and icy
• Play fair - don't throw in the zone then run out of it again!
• Remember your wellies and cosy socks!
